We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to have your account and personal data removed, submit a request below.
What happens when you request deletion
Once we process your request, we remove your account, profile information, check-in history, saved resources, and other personal data linked to your account. Community messages you posted may be retained in anonymized form to preserve conversation context, but will no longer be linked to your identity.
Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information (display name, email address, preferences)
- Subscription history and premium membership status
- Check-in responses and saved resources
- Direct messages and any other content linked to your account
